PURE FIREFLY TERMS & CONDITIONS.
By submitting payment, client acknowledges and agrees to all terms and conditions below:
- Email projects require access to your account. All account audit projects will require full ADMIN access in order to complete this service.
- Confidentiality terms in our general services agreement apply. https://purefirefly.com/general-services-agreement/
- No refunds once work has begun. No refunds on paid consultation sessions. Sessions cancelled with more than 24 hours notice will receive credit for a future session; Sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours notice will receive 50% credit for the session.
- For system integration projects or email marketing projects - Pure Firefly does not warranty any system or application. Client agrees that Pure Firefly is not responsible or liable for any system defects. Client agrees that technology always has inherent flaws, and may or may not work as intended. Pure Firefly will not be liable or held responsible for any app or technology bugs, misrepresentations, malfunctions or defects.
